Hello everyone ;)

I'm very new here, so my list of these nice little trophys is... lets say.... very clearly arranged. So, as i am curious, i started to look around and found in the Boron-Trophy-List on last place a user, that really can't reached these trophys? Am i wrong, is that wrong or did i missed something?

thx in advance ;)

Special TheSkyNet POGS galaxy X,000.

After checking back to find out the trophy for 170.6K I decided to check someone at random just a few positions behind me on the leader board

I chose

https://www.theskynet.org/profiles/26282

and noticed he had a TheSkyNet POGS galaxy 14,000 awarded 4 months ago

I myself have a TheSkyNet POGS galaxy 12,000 awarded 4 months ago

https://www.theskynet.org/profiles/9208

so I'm wondering if the 12,000 will be upgraded or if the 14,000 will be added soon to my trophy cabinet.

Hey,

The Special trophies are awarded manually to make some of event. In this case it was the processing of 12 or 14 thousand galaxies. We awarded the trophies to anyone who completed a work unit for that particular galaxy.

So you'll have to wait for the next milestone trophy to be awarded :)

Thanks for the clarification Alex.

I'd previously interperated the trophy description as thankyou for helping the project process workunits fron x thousands galaxies rather than thanyou for processing a part of the x thousandth galaxy.

Looks like 40 thousand is not to far away.

Curious about the Evelotion of a Star Trophy Series.

Are they an anniversery type of trophy you have been with the project n days.
or You have been active with the project n days (You have returned results for n days since you have been with the project.

Asking as I've just been awarded neutron star (512 days) while I've been registered to the project for ~780 days.

Odd, you must of slipped through the cracks when I corrected join times for people who joined POGS before we merged it with the rest of theSkyNet.. I've fixed it now, however the next trophy still isn't for a while ;)

Thanks Alex.

I was not expected the next trophy anyway because of it.

For purposes of clarification the 780 days is from Registration with pogs through BOINC which was earlier than the BETA testing the Current Website.

May you, Kevin and everyone else on the Pogs project team have a merry Christmas.
